Female Leadership Programme

 Purpose 

To equip women with the leadership confidence, system awareness, and collaborative strength to not just succeed in the current world of work and to shape the next one. 

This is not about fixing women, it’s about unlocking capability, voice, and impact in a system that still under-represents, under-promotes, and under-hears them. 

 

Why This Programme? 

Because even in progressive organisations: 

  • Women still face barriers to influence, pace, and visibility 
  • Many de-prioritise their ambition in systems designed around different norms 
  • Feedback often lacks the clarity or depth required for real growth 
  • They are expected to deliver outcomes without always being part of shaping the conditions 

 

Programme Overview 

Format 

  • 9 month modular journey, cohort-based 
  • Eqi assessment – providing insight and action on Emotional Intelligence 
  • Combines workshops, 1:1 coaching, peer learning, and applied leadership challenges
