Systemic Team Coaching

Systemic team coaching is an intentional, multi-month coaching journey designed for senior leadership teams. Grounded in training from Dr. Peter Hawkins 5 C’s Team Model, our programme embeds diagnostics, stakeholder integration, and ongoing reflection for deep transformation.

Hawkins’ Five Disciplines Framework 

We apply the proven framework adapted from Hawkins’ systemic model, structuring the journey across:

  2. Clarifying – Define the team’s shared purpose, goals, roles, and collective KPIs
  3. Co-Creating – Shape internal ways of working—meetings, decision-making, collaboration
